MAS

Malaysian Air is taking a beating on Screenshots. I can't say that I'm surprised. My parents came to visit last year and they had nothing but glowing remarks about the service. My answer was, "Shows you how terrible the service on flights in America are". I have travelled too many times to count on MAS. If you ask three different people a question, you will get three different answers. While I don't have near the readership of Mr. Jeff Ooi, if you have a complaint about any airline, feel free to post it here.
